Article 8 - Payment Services at Vitagenn Store:

Article Twelve - Restriction of Access or Membership:

Article Eighteen - Dispute Resolution:

If this clause is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, neither party shall choose to arbitrate any dispute falling within this part of this provision which is found to be unlawful or unenforceable and such dispute shall be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for the aforementioned jurisdiction, and the parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court
· These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
